Returns Policy

Canceled orders will be charged a 5% restocking fee plus any additional fees associated with the transaction such as PayPal or Merchant Processing fees.  Cancelled orders are only for store credit (unless there is an error on our part).  If the order has already been packaged for shipping, any costs incurred by this process (labels, packaging etc, fees from shipping services) will be charged to you.  If your order shipped free, your store credit refund will have the amount of the free shipping deducted from it.

Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns on used merchandise are not able to be accepted. The only exception to this policy is if an item is defective. Defective items are handled on a case by case basis, as several of our manufacturers deal with defects themselves. We may refer you to them once we evaluate the issue.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on unused, unwashed merchandise within 15 days of order shipment. All returns will be charged a 5% restocking fee, and return shipping is not provided. We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. There will be no credit issued for shipping charges. Please contact us before sending an exchange/return. Please include a copy of your invoice with your exchange and indicate which products you would like in their place. Our return address is on your invoice.  Please note we only issue refunds in the form of store credit.


Baby Carrier Return Policy:

Nappy Shoppe will happily take back Soft Structured Carriers, Ring Slings and Woven Wraps in like new condition with a receipt within 30 days of purchase for store credit. 

Nappy Shoppe reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% for any carrier not returned in like new condition.

We cannot take back any stretchy wrap including Moby, Boba Wrap, Baby K’tan or Cuddly Wrap


All sales are final on clearance and seconds items.
