Tiny Tush Organic Cotton Diaper Stuffer

The absorbent insert is truly unique and was designed to be absorbent, easy to launder and quick drying. It is a rectangular shaped, 100% cotton, two ply insert 10" wide x 16.5" long. By folding in different directions, this absorbent liner can be used for all size adjustments of the Tiny Tush Elite One-Size Pocket Diaper.

Priming organic cotton diaper stuffers prior to first use.

Cotton and hemp fabric will need to be washed/primed to remove natural oils to reach maximum absorbency prior to use. The amount of prep washing required will depend on the type of detergent used and the hardness of your water.

The fabric is ready (primed) when you pour small amounts of water in several spots and it absorbs instantly upon contact. If the water beads up the fabric is not completely primed and will need to be washed a few more times. Repeat these steps until the fabric absorbs the water on contact. Do not wash new diapers with diapers already primed or with pocket diapers.

Avoid fabric softeners and dryer sheets as they leave a coating on the fabric, causing diapers to leak. If they are used in your machines for other laundry, they will coat the inside of your machines and transfer the coating to the diapers.

Laundering organic cotton diaper stuffers

Use diaper stuffers with the diapers to increase the absorbency. Launder with the diapers, rinse solids off into toilet. Wash and dry warm using ¼ of the recommend amount of detergent.
