Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available on orders over $99 within the United States only.  Please use coupon code freeshipping99 at checkout to activate free shipping.  Free shipping cannot be combined with any other coupon.  Items purchased with the free shipping option will be shipped via the most affordable method.  The free shipping code should not allow customers outside of the USA to use it.  If however, the code does get used by an international customer, the order will not be shipped until the shipping amount is paid.

Shipping Insurance is your responsibility.  You have the option to choose to pay for insurance when you check out.  Packages lost by the shipping companies are not the responsibility of Nappy Shoppe.  If you have paid for insurance we will work with you to help you with your claim.

We reserve the right to ship your purchase via the most affordable method. Most orders ship First Class, UPS Ground or Priority Mail.

Local Customers

Local customers to the Dallas Fort Worth area in Texas, may choose to pick up their items from me directly rather than pay to ship them.  Please check the in store pick up option if doing this. You make pick up your order during our regular store hours which can be found from the front page of our website.

International Customers

At this time we cannot ship some of our products  internationally as various brands of diapers have policies about shipping internationally. We will ship our own product line to the US and Canada and international.  Products that have a location shipping limitation will be marked on the product's page.

International customers are responsible for any custom fees etc that may be charged for their purchase by their respective countries organisations.  International customers can choose between UPS and USPS as their carriers.

International customers who choose First Class International Shipping as their method of shipping their order, should understand that the US Post office does not issue a tracking number.   If you wish tracking for your order, then please choose Priority Mail International.  Once your package leaves the US, tracking information may not be updated by other countries. 

Returns Policy

Canceled orders will be charged a 5% restocking fee plus any additional fees associated with the transaction such as PayPal or Merchant Processing fees.  Cancelled orders are only for store credit (unless there is an error on our part).  If the order has already been packaged for shipping, any costs incurred by this process (labels, packaging etc, fees from shipping services) will be charged to you.  If your order shipped free, your store credit refund will have the amount of the free shipping deducted from it.

Due to the nature of our merchandise, returns on used merchandise are not able to be accepted. The only exception to this policy is if an item is defective. Defective items are handled on a case by case basis, as several of our manufacturers deal with defects themselves. We may refer you to them once we evaluate the issue.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on unused, unwashed merchandise within 15 days of order shipment. All returns will be charged a 5% restocking fee, and return shipping is not provided. We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. There will be no credit issued for shipping charges. Please contact us before sending an exchange/return. Please include a copy of your invoice with your exchange and indicate which products you would like in their place. Our return address is on your invoice.  Please note we only issue refunds in the form of store credit.

Baby Carrier Return Policy:

Nappy Shoppe will happily take back Soft Structured Carriers, Ring Slings and Woven Wraps in like new condition with a receipt within 30 days of purchase for store credit. 

Nappy Shoppe reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% for any carrier not returned in like new condition.

We cannot take back any stretchy wrap including Moby, Boba Wrap, Baby K’tan or Cuddly Wrap

All sales are final on clearance and seconds items.
