My journey into cloth diapers with baby number four started with G-Diapers. G-Diapers and their flushable inserts are a great alternative to disposables if you do not want to wash cloth diapers. However, I found that there were no cost savings, so I started looking into using cloth inserts in my G-Diapers. I couldn't find any inserts that fit just right, and as I sew I decided to make my own. Then came the fun journey of finding the fabrics. Try going into your local Joanns and asking for hemp fleece. Yes they will think you are smoking it! I finally found the fabrics, and made my own inserts. I wanted inserts that washed and dried easily, and thus the G-Flapper insert was born. Then I discovered I was not alone in my need for cloth inserts for G-Diapers, and then the Nappy Shoppe was born!
We now have several different kinds of G-Flapper inserts for G-Diapers. Confused about which one to get? Then check out my G-Diaper Cloth Users FAQ page. We will also custom make inserts of the fabrics you want. Just email us through the contact us page.
"I love the gflappers! I have purchased the bamboo gflapper. The most absorbant insert I own and has stayed quite soft throughout the washings.

"I use nothing but G-Flappers from Nappy Shoppe. They are awesome and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! They hold up, are absorbent, fit the G's perfectly, ...I could go on and on.
I highly recommend them!

"The g flappers are the only thing my heavy wetter does not leak out of!! They are great!! I would suggest getting some to try out if you are having leak issues. I use them in all of my g's and pocket diapers!! They even hold up at night!!

I love love love gflappers... for naps or after a big drink, I will use a gflapper on top with a joeybunz hemp underneath. Talk about absorbent.
