G-Flapper™ Insert - All Bamboo - Small

A natural fabric G-Flapper™ Insert.  It is made of Natural and Organic bamboo rayon fabrics. 

These G-Flapper™ inserts are made of three flaps consisting of the following:

• Layer 1 is two layers of heavy Bamboo Rayon Fleece
• Layer 2 is two layers of Double Bamboo Rayon Loop Terry. 
• Layer 3 is one layer of Bamboo Rayon Loop Terry and one layer of Organic Bamboo Rayon Velour.

They are sewn flapper style so that they wash easily and dry easily.

The bamboo rayon velour side is nice and soft against baby's bottom, but as all the fabrics are soft, you could easily put any of the fabrics against baby's bottom. 

We have pre-washed the bamboo rayon fleece and bamboo rayon double terry once in hot water and in a hot dryer before cutting.  This is to reduce the shrinkage.  The insert may need more washing to achieve optimal absorbency. Some extra shrinkage may occur with washing. 

This insert will fit inside a g-diaper.  It will also work well as an insert in pocket diapers or a doubler in other diapers.

G-Diaper users please note.  In general when using cloth inserts, as they are not as stiff as paper flushable inserts, you do not get the curve that is shown on the G-Diaper fitting video.  I make the cloth inserts a little smaller than flushable inserts because that is what I have found to work better and is easier to stuff the diaper.  99% of customers find the same to be true for them.  If for some reason you would like your insert to be a custom size to suit your needs please contact us, and I will make your inserts to your specifications.

Small: Approx 4.5" x 11".

Medium/Large: Approx 5" x 12.5".
