Undercover Mama is worn under your favourite shirt

This is one of those products where I say, “I wish I knew about this when I was nursing …”.  So how is it I can write an informed review you ask?  Well this review is a joint effort, and I have “my girls” writing up their thoughts on the product.  Here at Nappy Shoppe, I have several girls who work in the store that have babies, and all of them breastfeed.  And often they are feeding while working, walking around with a baby at the breast and helping customers out at the same time.  And doing it comfortably!  And it is all thanks to Undercover Mama Undershirts.

My girls are required to wear a uniform while they work.  It is a simple uniform of a lavender T-Shirt that has our logo embroidered on it.  But it does allow customers to work out which baby carrying person is actually an employee at the store :)  And the Undercover Mama turns their regular ole shirt into a nursing tank.  With this tank they are able to feed comfortably and discretely.

One thing I always hated about breastfeeding in public, was showing off my stomach.  I could not care less about my breasts, but my stomach I hated to show off.  Yes I know my stretch marks are a badge of honour, but please let me not show them off!  And the beauty of the Undercover mama is it hides your stomach.  When you pull up your shirt, there is no exposing your whole side to the world.

The tank is nice and long, and the girls like to use it like a fashion accessory allowing some of it to peak out underneath their main shirt.  It is made of a nice cool cotton, so even here in hot ole Texas (and as I write this we are about to break the record for the most days in a row over 100), this shirt does not over heat.

So how does the Undercover Mama turn your everyday t-shirt, top, blouse into a Nursing Tank?  Very simply, it attaches to your favourite nursing bra.  You put your bra on first, and then put on the tank, hooking the tank onto the cups of your bra.  And then put on your every day shirt.  So when you lift your shirt, you open your bra, and the tank lowers with it.
